I have endured years of technicians from Samsung sent to my home , unsuccessfully
trying to fix original defects from my Samsung Refrigerator
My Samsung refrigerator, It was defective from the beginning. I have had numerous bouts of food poisoning, injured myself from slipping and falling from leaking water all coming from my refrigerator one morning. I have pictures of the injuries. It has gone on since 2016 and I have had 4 or 5 icemaker replaced only to still end up with wet ice and my produce drawer area fill with water. The latest verdict from Samsung is that it isn’t anything that is covered. When expressing my concern of the temperature inside, the technician stated that it was now leaking from the back panel!! And that replacement part and service wouldn’t be covered but I could pay 400 dollars but there was no guarantee that that replacement part would fix it!
