I am contacting you regarding a refrigerator I bought from Samsung. Samsung know that these refrigerators are defective and that these are well known, well documented issues – even their own service bulletins prove this. Soon after I purchase the refrigerator we started experiencing issues with the ice maker and the ice freezing into one big block vs. pieces of ice. After many, many, many calls and service issues Samsung sent a tech that changed a part on the refrigerator – since then we have been experiencing cooling issues. We constantly have to throw away food. We have never been able to rely on this refrigerator – not even for ice! This is insane that a company can get away with this.
