9/9/2022: The consumer was using the mower, when the transaxle broke. He tried to ride an upgrade, but the mower kept slipping. The belt did not fail, but the mower did.
There was no oiling leaking from underneath the mower. The consumer was able to move the mower, but it barely moved under it’s own power.
9/9/2022: The consumer called the manufacturer 2 different times. He was able to speak with someone, but he was placed on hold both times. He stayed on hold for approximately 30 minutes each time, then the call was disconnected.
NOTE: This firm had a recall in March-2012, for the transaxle breaking on some of their mower, but this model was not included.
