Consumer wanted to report that the tab style cans found in Progresso Soups and [REDACTED] ravioli products are dangerous to consumers. The consumer is referring to the ravioli mini, regular size and the can of Progresso vegetable classics. She said that the cans are unsafe because if a person attempts to use something else to open the can the person may injure themselves. She has not injured herself but feels that the edges of the tab are sharp. The consumer contacted the manufacturer for [REDACTED] 3 months and called Progresso 2 years ago. Progresso offered to send her a hook opener for the can, while all [REDACTED] offered was coupons for more [REDACTED] products. She felt it was imperative to report this issue.
My daughter has an [REDACTED] and we purchased an “iHome dock” for her to play music, charge the device and act as an alarm clock.
She showed the device to me yesterday and complained it did not work or charge. Upon inspection I noticed that the [REDACTED] connection on both the phone and the dock were both burned. The ihome dock plastic area around the connection had melted. I have photos. It looks like it almost caught on fire.
Two year old healthy female playing with table unattended. Mother found child supine on top of the upturned table on the floor with neck between the folded table legs. Child asphyxiated and was pronounced dead at the home.
Water leaking from where the water out.
The neck on the fuel tank is developing a crack which leaks gasoline down the outside and onto the riders legs and snowmobile suit.
I purchased a ‘[REDACTED]” hoodie for each of my sons at Tacoma Mall Nordstrom’s. I got a call from the summer school teacher for my eldest, developmentally delayed son that he had noticed a hard thing in the hooded sweatshirt. She felt the sweatshirt, and noticed an object, rounded on one end and with 2 very sharp points on the other, sewn into the lining of the clothing. It was mobile, and passed easily from the sleeve ( where my son felt it) down to rest inside the bottom hem of the shirt.
I took it back to the store, where the seam was opened and a very sharp scissor was found.
I was drying clothes in a Kenmore Elite Dryer.
When I finished drying the clothes and the dryer had beeped. I di not go to get the clothes out immediately. About 15 minutes passed before I opened the Dryer, and the clothes were scalding hot, I dropped them to the garage floor. The dryer smelled of burnt cloth.
After that incident the Dryer will not start.
This has happened before. I am 48 years old, and have never touched clothes that were this hot. I have pretty tough skin too, but these clothes were pipping hot. This is a dangerous product and it needs to be recalled immediately
I put the clothes on the bed and waited an hour. The clothes that were at bottom of pile were still hot, at least by then they were at warmth of a regular clothes.
Toilet was purchased about 4 years ago. It was a [REDACTED] toilet that used a Flushmate Pressure Assist system. This morning after being flushed, the Flushmate system exploded with a loud noise blowing the porcelain front of the toilet tank completely off in pieces onto the floor. Luckily the person had moved aside in time and was not hurt.
My oldest daughter had my youngest daughter on her back. She knelt down to set her on the bed and as she did lost her balance. She bumped side of bed and the rail snapped in half. You can see the weekness in the rail.
The DFP-14 Cuisinart blade is cracked in two places under the rivets so the blade needs to be replaced. I just saw yesterday that this product was recalled for that very problem, but I can’t seem to make contact with Cuisinart email: www.cuisinart.com or Phone: 877-339-2534. These are the two contacts that were provided in order to report and claim that I have a Cuisinart machine blade that needs to be replaced.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide for me so I can have the blade replaced.
