HAIRCUTTING MACHINE THAT CONNECTS TO A VACUUM.

Purchased a product called Robocut from Haircut.com
Product is intended to cut hair and is connected to a vacuum. The product is defective and the blades spin inconsistently and sometimes not at all. What is worse is that the vacuum sucks the hair into the cutter and the hair then becomes caught in the blades. It is not possible to pull the hair out w/o disassembling the machine or cutting the hair off at the scalp level, which takes a second person. This creates a danger of injury. This is the second robocut with this issue, and i thought that the first was simply bad luck in receiving a unit that was defective. But online complaints and reviews indicate that this problem is very common. I was able to have someone disassemble the machine while my hair was caught in the machine, but if i did not have someone nearby, it would have been horrible.
