The data on this website is provided by the Consumer Protection Safety Commission (“CPSC”). This website nor the CPSC guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this database, particularly with respect to the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of information submitted by persons outside of the CPSC.
The data is compiled by the CPSC from complaints filed by Consumers, Child Service Providers, Federal Government Agencies, Health Care Professionals, Local Government Agencies, Medical Examiners and Coroners, Public Safety Entities, and State Government Agencies.
It is important to note that our data, and the data publicly available to consumers at the CPSC, does not include any complaints or reports made exclusively to manufacturers, private label companies, product importers, or retailers.
